Plain plinth Without plinth
Plinth details
The contemporary, classic and ethnic styles have different plinth designs as shown on the previous page. However any style can have a plain plinth or no plinth at all. You would normally otp for no plinth when mounting our our bookcase onto a radiator cabinet, cupboard or drawer unit.

Flush side fitting showing the 18mm overhang on left and right hand sides.
Side fitting
The top detail and plinth of your bookcase protrude 18mm on either side. If you want this to go against a wall the sides can be made 'flush' leaving an 18mm 'overhang' which then be cut (scribed) to fit the wall. If required this 'overhang' can be increased above 18mm to fit around large obstructions like pipes, or reduced to nothing when fitting up to another bookcase. When ordering enter the 'overhang' size you need in the 'side fitting' column.
